We were looking for a rental in Florida. We had reached out to several brokers. Meredith was the only one that gave us the time off day. She found us a rental and during the year approaching our rental time, she was very responsive in answering any question we had about the rental. While in the rental there have been some issues, but Meredith had been quick to get them addressed. All the while she continued to send us appropriate listing of rentals as well as homes for sale. When she found the villa that we ended up purchasing. Meredith researched all of our questions and took the time to allow us to visit the villa on multiple occasions to help us in gathering info needed to make our transition of this purchase easier. Meredith has shown that she is a person of great sales ability. She always maintained contact with the seller and buyer. Property was in Florida and I was in NY yet we never missed a beat everything was accomplished via the internet and emails. The sales persons proficiency in all aspects of the sale was purely professional. I recommend her for your perusal in real property sale!
Meridith is a good agent in many respects but I wouldn't recommend her to my friends. Very hard to get in touch with and does all her communication via text. Sometimes it's best to communicate directly with your client in certain circumstances in a real estate deal.
Meridith was not your typical real estate agent. She went above and beyond to help me and my sister find the perfect condo for us on Venice island. Our experience with Meredith was that she was a very caring and responsive. She made the real estate process a pleasant experience. We told her what we were looking for and she was able to deliver! We had one minor problem with the condo at the end of the process - which was not Meredith’s responsibility - and she quickly fixed the problem. If I had to rate Meredith on a scale of 1 to 10, I would easily give her a 10!
