We were looking for a rental in Florida. We had reached out to several brokers. Meredith was the only one that gave us the time off day. She found us a rental and during the year approaching our rental time, she was very responsive in answering any question we had about the rental. While in the rental there have been some issues, but Meredith had been quick to get them addressed. All the while she continued to send us appropriate listing of rentals as well as homes for sale. When she found the villa that we ended up purchasing.
