I would give her 100 stars if I could. I had to sell a home from out of town. I visited once and we met, instantly knew she was the realtor for me and never had to go back. She took care of everything and even went above and beyond to help fix some of the small things needed to move the contract forward. She answered all my questions and really made it super easy for me to get the sale. The market it turning but she found the right buyer and we sold much faster and for more than I expected.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Meredith to buy and sell. Meredith truely went above and beyond to make this happen for me. Giving up her time to help me clean, making sure I had a home warranty, giving up a portion of her profit to help me financially, making sure everything fell in to place as it needed to so I didn’t end up homeless for any period of time. Meredith was not just my realtor, she was and will always be truly a wonderful friend. Meredith even checks on her clients after the sale to see how everything is going. There was never a moment when I had questions or concerns that I couldn’t contact her and if she didn’t have the answer she got me the answer as quickly as possible. I very highly recommend Meredith to anyone looking to buy or sell!!! There are just no words to express my gratitude for this amazing lady.

My partner and I recently started the house search at the beginning of September. Meredith picked up my call right away and had home options for us within 24 hours. She was able to connect us with a loan officer who was as equally amazing. The whole process was so smooth and quick that we closed on our home within a month of starting our home search. As first-time home buyers, we could not have asked for a more caring real estate agent. She was with us every step of the way, answering all of our questions and often giving us information we didn't even know we needed. Meredith was so helpful to us in the negotiations and had the experience to answer any and all of our questions at just about any hour of the day (but we didn’t try between 9pm and 5am because that would be impolite) Meredith took such good care of us in closing and was right by our side through signing. This lady is hands down the best in the business! Meredith helped us sell my mother in laws home a couple years ago and we knew then that we would be calling her when we were ready to sell our home. I have been known to annoy other realtors and bankers in the past due to my constant questions and trying to stay informed and on top of everything. I am not one who can sit by and just wait to hear what the next step is. If someone tells me a task will be completed on such and such day, I want to know when that task was completed and what the next step will be. With Meredith I didn’t have that stress! She was on top of it every step of the way. I never had to reach out and ask because I knew she would tell me the moment she knew anything. She worked tirelessly for us and made us feel like her only client at the time. We know she had several along with us but she treated us as if we were her only focus. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Meredith is absolutely the best! She works tirelessly for and relentlessly pursues information to keep you informed through the entire buying and selling process. I’ve bought and sold with other agents and none compare to Meredith. When the time comes to pop back in the market, buying or selling, Meredith will be the agent I call. She should be who you call as well.
