I worked with Meredith for almost a year to find the right property. We began the process pre-Covid and just wrapped up closing on the property of my dreams! It was an extremely complicated closing involving multiple parties, and Meredith was absolutely Amazing! Her local knowledge is best illustrated by the pandemic of all things. Pre-Covid the market was completely different. Post-shutdown she told me to list my house almost 50% higher than what she said before, and I was overwhelmed with buyers. With the process, for me the most important thing was making my dream happen. Before I continue on that thought, I just want to emphasize the importance of the dream and that she helped me articulate my dream, and that the most important thing to me was making the dream happen. Our process took almost a year, going from a buyer's market to seller's. I missed out on a couple chances on bidding, after not listening to her "if you want this you need to bid this way". When She found this property, I listened, bid, and we won! Then the deal got complicated, with moving pieces, multiple parties, and me. Meredith's organization skills are first class. She kept me in the loop, including important deadlines other people are doing. I was a part of the process. Best of all, regarding loan officers and contractors and Title and everybody else involved, she handled the unpleasantness of deadlines and expressing urgency of the situation. It wasn't an easy deal to close, but she managed to get it closed and have everything done right. Regarding Meredith's Negotiating skills, I bet everything on Meredith and I'd do it again! The best way I can illustrate how great it is to do business with Meredith, whenever you call someone and use her name they immediately respond positively and with a can-do attitude. The people she knows get it done on time, whatever it is. Meredith is a great realtor and great person! An absolute pleasure to do business with.

Meredith and I connected right before the state went into lock down, so there was a point where we were getting ready to go out to look at places, but couldn't. Once the lock down was over, however, she immediately contacted me to ask exactly what I was looking for in a home. We went to a few places, she made sure that they fit with my specifications, and when I finally found the one, she was ready and raring to get me in there as quickly as possible. She was always responsive to any emails or texts that I sent her and she tried to keep me in the loop as much as possible. The thing that struck me the most was that she wanted to make sure that I was completely comfortable with my new place. I'm a first time buyer, so she was quick to provide names of handymen to assist with the sprucing up. A few things in my home are broken or need replacements, so she made sure that I was in contact with experts in order to get everything fixed up. I will definitely be recommending her and her team to anyone who's looking for a home :D
