I worked with several realtors to get my house, the most professional, dedicated and honest one was Merasa who helped us get our ideal house. The process of our purchase was 4 months, on those days the market was so competitive and on every house there were couple of offers, but Merasa was very optimistic and made us optimistic too. We visited maybe 40 houses, and usually she would make an appointment to visit them in 2 3 days, which was really quick, then she always told us all the pros and cons of each house, which was very honest and professional, so it made us way more knowledgeable about the housing market. The last house we got was in the market only for 3 days, so there were not so many offers(not many agents could act that fast), we got lucky that we had Merasa, who made an appointment in the second day, and same day we met with her to write an offer .. then we got it on the price we wanted to. Everything I needed from my agent to buy the house Merasa had.
