Kelly and Mendi are great! We were looking at different areas across Denver metro, many of which we weren't directly familiar with. It goes without saying that the market was crazy as well, which can be daunting for first-time homebuyers, but Kelly and Mendi's expertise helped us every step of the way. Kelly helped all through closing working out many issues with the seller. When the title company filed the title paperwork in the wrong county, Kelly worked tirelessly to correct the title issues. I found Kelly Thomas at Exit Realty by chance and am so glad I did. I wanted to sell my condo and buy a new one in just a few months. Kelly was very knowledgeable and helped me to efficiently and effectively perform my search based on my values. I am happy with my new home. Once moved in, I put my condo on the market and I am happy that we got a fair price. I also noticed that the contract had a little higher than usual amount for the buying agent. This probably was a motivation for buying agents to ring their clients to my home. Overall, I would and have recommended Kelly to others who are buying or selling.

When I was planning to move out to CO for school, my family started working with Mendi and Kelly. We had to heavily rely on virtual interactions due to the distance and COVID. However, we visited one weekend and Kelly went out of her way and rearranged her schedule to accommodate viewing places with our very limited timeframe. She was great at sending places to us and would go visit them and Facetime us/send photos. Kelly really listened to what we were looking forward and added her extra input about the area (since we were not familiar with it) and steered us in a great direction. Additionally, when it came time to purchase, Mendi really was able to do some creative financing and thought out of the box to get us the best option and approved with our unique situation.
