We worked with Mendi and Kelly for 5 months in a very challenging market to find a home. They work very closely together, so one of them always available to get additional information about homes and to show the homes that we selected to view. They showed us some homes in person, and others via video which was very helpful since we were 1,500 miles away for much of the time that we were searching. Both Mendi and Kelly were always upbeat and optimistic, even after we were out-bid on a number of homes. When we finally got an offer accepted, they handled all of the inspection, contracts, and closing in a very efficient manner. You won't find two better people to work with.

I must give these women a huge hug and thx, I know there were plenty of days I bugged them from morning to night, not once did they complained. They took the time to get to know me and what I liked and found it for me. I love these women for helping me get in my home.

I met Kelly when I called about scheduling a showing of a condominium I was interested in. She sent me several pictures of condos in the area and price range I was seeking. I found Kelly friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. She asked if my present home was on the market and I answered no. Kelly met with me at my home and gave me her honest opinion on whether I could get what I needed to move on. She told me what was needed to prepare for the showing, brought in a cleaning crew, and brought in a decorator to set up the house for pictures and the showing. Lon story shorten, in less than a month after meeting Kelly, I had a contract on my home and a contract on the new condo I wanted. Both contracts were advantageous to me.
