Melody Novak

Melody Novak of The Property Matchmakers entered the Real Estate marketplace in 2004 after over 24 years of sales and marketing experience in the Computer Software Industry. As a stop performing sales professional, she has significant skills in contract negotiation, strategy development for buying and selling homes, and a consistent record of exceeding sales objectives. She has maintained Top Producer status throughout her 12 years in the real estate business. She continues to grow her Real Estate Business with her brokerage firm HomeSmart in Carlsbad, where she was in the top 5% in sales production in both the Virginia and California markets. Melody is still part of an award-winning business partnership, The Busy Blondes, in Northern Virginia. She and her business partner have a combined 37 years of local real estate sales experience. In 2015, Melody moved from Northern Virginia to Carlsbad with her husband. Melody has one daughter and two granddaughters, whom she sees almost daily.
