My need to sell came upon me very sudden as folks I knew decided to sell their house in Sebastopol California and I needed to sell my Huntington Beach house as I bought the house in Sebastopol and retired. Melodee had sold a house down the street and I had gotten her contact information, from that contact she prepared a most excellent set of documents and comp comparisons from which we priced the house and set out a sales approach. The house never even got to “Coming Soon” stage before it was sold at a price and terms I was very pleased with.
