My need to sell came upon me very sudden as folks I knew decided to sell their house in Sebastopol California and I needed to sell my Huntington Beach house as I bought the house in Sebastopol and retired. My realtor Melodee Esparza, Is the Best Realtor I have EVER worked with. Her knowledge in the real-estate market is Superior. If you sked her something and she didn't have an answer she would get one and in minutes you would have your answer. I was a challenge; I was doing a 1031 exchange. She had some knowledge about how it works, however her office was doing a class on it, and she went so she could help me understand the process. I wanted a place near the Beach to get out of the triple digit temps, I started up the Coast to Oxnard and Port Hueneme and ended up finding my forever home in Oceanside. However, I didn't get it, I guess it was not meant to be. So now I'm the proud owner of a Beautiful Condo in Canyon Lake, CA it comes with a boat slip so I'm very ecstatic. My son is also happy cause they can come to the lake and not have to go to the beach. I look forward to my future there.
