Melissa Winchell

We had concerns regarding some minor (potentially serious) repair and function issues. She immediatly addressed them and got back to us with answers.

Missy and her staff were great to work with. They got our house sold in 4 hours and the whole process from start to finish was flawless and stress free. Would definitely work with her again!

She’s very knowledgeable and her many years experience shows. She’s got a great personality. I would highly recommend her!

Missy and Sabrina were amazing to work with! Embarking on a new life adventure can be hard and these two really made my experience enjoyable. Thanks ladies!!

Working with Melissa and her team was wonderful. She respects your time, budget, and needs when looking to buy and new home. In our case, relocate to Kentucky. She knows the area and is passionate about the community she serves and this was important to us.

Melissa first gets to understand her client and works from there leaving no stone unturned to buy or sell on the client’s behalf. She has a very pleasant manner and doesn’t overwhelm or push something that her client is not interested in. In planning a new house she is detail, detail, detail!!!! She suggests many things that clients overlook on their own such as layout ideas, colors, location, construction materials. Melissa has worked with many of the area’s top contractors and has a strong knowledge of the ever changing market. She uses that knowledge to help her clients make the best choices whether buying or selling. I strongly recommend Melissa. She is the best!!!!
