Melissa was truly a joy to work with. We found her while we were under contract in a difficult short sale(she was not our realtor at the time), once we were out of that contract we had decided we would call on her for are next transaction. She was very truthful, full of knowledge, on time for appointments, understanding and a real pleasure to work with. We followed all her advice and closed on our home with in 30 days of contract. Everyone she has recommended to me has been great and very professional. It was truly a no hassle purchase. Once we were closed on the new house I asked here about putting my old house on the market, I followed her recommendations and when it was time to list we had an acceptable offer in 24 hours, a real shock in this market. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone knowing the true professional she is. Melissa is a real joy to work with and you don’t find that often in the real estate market.
