Melissa really gets to know her clients and what they are looking for in a house. She cares about specifics and has an eye for detail. We were purchasing a home in Florida while we are living in Maryland. She did a lot of leg work for us, going to visit houses that we would find, setting up Facetime walk-throughs so we could see the house through her phone, researching our questions with the seller regarding the house, and checking on us frequently to make sure we had what we needed. After she visited a house she would provide her thoughts and opinions on the house as it pertained to what we were looking for. She really cares about her clients needs and does an amazing job in finding the perfect home. When I flew out to see a house she would pick me up from the airport, take me to the house, and drop me back off at the airport. She worked closely with us when we put together an offer, she helped us navigate the negotiations and was by our side during closing.
