Melissa's knowledge, professionalism, and communication is unmatched. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I were very nervous to start the process in such a crazy market. At our first meeting with Melissa she took around 2 hours of her time to educate us, provided us with a packet to take home, and helped us to narrow down our search. From there she promptly scheduled several showings for homes that fit our interest. When we finally found our perfect home she used her extensive knowledge to help us write a very competitive offer.
