Above and Beyond—Truly the Best!

My wife and I bought our very first home from across the country, and Melissa made it feel like we were right there every step of the way. From video calls to texts and emails, she was consistently on top of everything. Even checking in weekly just to make sure we were good, even when there wasn’t anything major going on. She was patient with all of our questions (and even with my moments of impatience!) and went the extra mile to make sure we felt confident and informed. We had to use a power of attorney to view homes since we were still in Nevada, and Melissa made the entire process seamless. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference.
