She was patient with all of our questions (and even with my moments of impatience!) and went the extra mile to make sure we felt confident and informed. My only gripe was the closing cost almost tripling towards the end ( which I voiced to her in person ). Miss Thompson was very professional and friendly to work with. Her understanding of the market was vast and versed and the experience was pleasant working with her.
Melissa is a true professional, she was patient, dedicated and honest. In the beginning of my search there were several homes I thought I was going to get, and it just seem to not work out. I was extremely disappointed and felt like I was never going to find a house.
