Melissa listened to my needs and my price point. What I wanted was outside of my current housing amount as I am a single female buying my first home, however, she found me something in an area that I was interested in and when I'm ready to sell and move on to the home of my dreams with more land - she will be the first person I contact. She was honest, friendly, always accommodating, listened and I thoroughly enjoyed looking at houses with her. She is down to earth and not there to fill you with "fluff" in order to get a sale.
