If you want to get the right home in the right time, then Melissa is your agent. She was personable and kept things real while still keeping you calm about any nerve wracking situation. I have had experience with another realtor and she was good but Melissa is GREAT! My husband and I found a house, put an offer in, and closed on the house in only 7ish weeks. She kept us up to date on anything we needed to supply the loan company and replies very fast to any of your texts. Not to mention she is an expert in this field and is not only a relator for people buying homes but it also an agent for those selling their homes so she is knowledgable about both sides of home investments! You will not regret choosing her and I don't say that lightly. You have to really impress me to leave an amazing review and she definitely deserves the business because she is that good!
