Melissa was wonderful to work with on the sell of my home. She took her time with me and potential buyers, had an open house in a matter of days, where she did a thorough walkthrough prior to the first potential buyer to be sure everything was perfect! She is very responsive and timely. I highly recommend Melissa Sherlin as your realtor of choice!

Great experience

Great experience. Her staging and marketing of my home resulted in a 1 week contract. I highly recommend. Melissa kept me informed of all offers. She also did an open house on Labor Day weekend resulting in the ultimate buyer.
