Melissa is exceptionally communicative through the entire process, is very professional, and is great at negotiating/getting a read on sellers so you have the best idea possible where you stand. She is so friendly and sweet! She genuinely worked hard to make sure the house was the right fit.
Not sure where to start as everything haoppend so fast. I will start by saying that I cannot imagine having went through this selling process with anyone else. I was skepitcal, but she had many viewings setup within the fist 48hrs of being on the private network and it was sold for the asking price within a week.
