Melissa is exceptionally communicative through the entire process, is very professional, and is great at negotiating/getting a read on sellers so you have the best idea possible where you stand. She is so friendly and sweet! She genuinely worked hard to make sure the house was the right fit.
Not sure where to start as everything haoppend so fast. I will start by saying that I cannot imagine having went through this selling process with anyone else. First she set me straight on what she thought we should list out house for. I was skepitcal, but she had many viewings setup within the fist 48hrs of being on the private network and it was sold for the asking price within a week. She went above and beyond every step of the way to keep things moving forward even as I was freaking along the way. She was happy to show us many homes and was knowledgeable about every aspect: design, mechanicals, taxes, etc. In selling our home, she helped us decide which upgrades would have the greatest ROI before listing, provided guidance in negotiations, and ultimately sold our home for full asking price before it even went on the market. Throughout everything, she was an excellent communicator. We don’t plan to move again soon, but we’d absolutely use Melissa again if we do.
