We purchased condo without being able to personally visit the unit, and had little knowledge of services available in the area. Melissa was extremely thorough with providing video, presenting offers, processing paperwork, and arranging closing. She made initial contacts for us with inspectors, lawyers, and the condo association which I was not expecting her to do, but was very happy that she assisted with. Melissa was great - knew her way around the area and offered suggestions advice when asked.
