We started looking for our new Florida home in January of 2022. We were on vacation from Wisconsin and knew we wanted to live in Pinellas county Florida and met Melissa at a home showing just before we left Florida to go back home. The house we looked at wasn't for us but we looked at several homes over the next three months online at our home in Wisconsin and Melissa was very willing and able to go to the properties and send us a video walkthrough, pictures and answer any questions that we had to help guide us to purchasing a home from 1300 miles away. I asked her so many questions and feel like I was constantly bothering her but she was very willing to answer every question and said it was not a bother at all to help us get the house that we ultimately ended up getting in Tarpon Springs. I think we were lucky to find Melissa. Firstly she has great contacts/network and was able to get us all the help we needed very quickly. The process went by in record time. She also helped us work with the sellers to get the price to what we thought was reasonable. Most of all though I appreciate her patience with our endless requests and questions. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about the real estate business, diplomatic, calm, easy to do business with and a relationship builder. However, she went over and above what I would expect of my real estate agent. For example we were moving from out of state and she organized the cleaning service for us, went to the house to let the cleaners in and then met us to give us the keys on a Sunday at a time that suited us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is nice too! All in all, we rate her very highly and have no trouble recommending her.

I was working with a different agent for several months prior to meeting Melissa. He wasn't showing me houses he often put me off for another day and in today's market houses are selling fast. I got frustrated and filled out a get more info on a house and Melissa responded. Melissa showed me more homes in the first week than I had seen in 4 months with the past realtor. She takes her job very seriously. If I called or texted her she responded pretty much immediately. If I asked her to see a house she had an appointment in less than 15 minutes. She showed me my dream house we made an offer it wasn't accepted, so we kept looking. Then she called me and said the offer fell through and would I like to resubmit and we did. Melissa was a warrior the broker and lender I was working with weren't very responsive and Melissa was relentless. She worked so hard on my behalf, I will forever be thankful to her. There were times I thought "this just isn't going to happen" because the lender and broker were not very good to work with and Melissa would always reassure me this was going to happen. She wasn't going to give up. She went above and beyond over and over again. She made so many calls and sent so many emails on my behalf. I finally closed on my house and am moving in. This would not have been possible if Melissa had not been my advocate. I would recommend Melissa to anyone buying or selling their home. She will have your back she is all about the follow through and she will not let you down. She is the GREATEST!!!
