Can't say enough about our experiences (yes, that's plural!) working with Melissa as our Agent. This was actually our second time working with her. Our first time was several years ago, when we were first time Home Buyers. Melissa and her mother helped guide us through the process, answering any questions we had and gave us their undivided attention while we figured out what we wanted in a home (and what we didn't). They both had such an infectious upbeat attitude; it made the whole process such a great experience. When we found a house that we wanted to put an offer in, they helped us not only submit an offer that was accepted out of several, but we actually got the house at listing price! So when it came time a few months ago to put our house on the market as we were moving out of state, we of course contacted her again to be our listing Agent, it was a no-brainer. Her market knowledge really came into play this time. We were able to list our house, set an offer deadline of only a few days away, have dozens of showings and receive several offers well above asking price, one of which we accepted. We highly recommend Melissa, both as a Buying and Selling Agent, she is always available when you need her, works extremely hard to get the best outcome for you and does so with a smile on her face. You can definitely tell she comes from a multi-generational Real Estate Industry family!
