I am the third generation owner of New Precision Realty, previously Century 21 Precision Realty. I obtained my Real Estate Sales license in 1994. What I have experienced through the last 25+ years, is that every transaction is different. I am constantly learning how to better serve my clients. I operate my business based on honesty and integrity. I've been told that I go the extra mile, but I feel that is important when helping my clients make one of the biggest investments of their lives. I understand the importance of helping my clients obtain their dreams in purchasing a home. From a young age I grew up learning about real estate. When most people go looking for Christmas Trees around the holidays. My family would drive me through neighborhoods and we would play a game of guessing the home value. My mother would ask "How much is that one?" Then ask me how I came up with the price. I was probably 10 years old then! You see, I live and breathe Real Estate and I would be honored to represent you in your future real estate transactions.
