Melissa was amazing. She listens to what you want. We met at a random open house. Knowing we wanted to move to Myrtle Beach but wasn't really looking to buy a house at that moment. We told her what we had to have in a house, and she emailed me 4 house the next day. I read the email, showed it to my husband and we picked 3 to look at. We absolutely loved the second one and after looking at all of them decide to put a contract on it. She listened to what we wanted. She went above and beyond. I live in Maryland and also was dealing with the death of my dad through all of this and she was just so helpful the whole time. She responded immediately.
