Melissa impressed me with her organization skills. I left Georgia to move to my family's home in the west. I asked her if I should stay while the house was on the market or could she handle it. Melissa rose to the occasion by coordinating the sales process and keeping me informed. Melissa coordinated the house cleaning. She got the photographs completed and posted on the internet. Melissa stayed through the holiday season to have showings. This showed exceptional commitment. When the weather got below freezing, she arranged to have the water turned off. Finally, the legal team she uses did an excellent job as well.

Excellent communication, knowledge, and negotiation skills. I realize that my case may be atypical, but the first offer I made on a home that I loved was accepted, and I got it for a fantastic price.
