I was looking to purchase my first home, and a friend highly recommended that I contact Melissa. I lucked out. She was incredible throughout the entire home buying process. Excellent communication, knowledge, and negotiation skills. I realize that my case may be atypical, but the first offer I made on a home that I loved was accepted, and I got it for a fantastic price. I wouldn't have had a chance without following Melissa's advice. I trusted her, and she more than delivered. She also has some great connections that made my life so much easier after my offer was accepted. In my opinion, she should be in the Real Estate Hall of Fame.

Melissa impressed me with her organization skills. I left Georgia to move to my family's home in the west. I asked her if I should stay while the house was on the market or could she handle it. Melissa rose to the occasion by coordinating the sales process and keeping me informed. Melissa coordinated the house cleaning. She got the photographs completed and posted on the internet. Melissa stayed through the holiday season to have showings. This showed exceptional commitment. When the weather got below freezing, she arranged to have the water turned off. Finally, the legal team she uses did an excellent job as well.

Melissa did a FANTASTIC job with us and finding our first home. I have heard so many horror stories about realtors throughout the years, and I was extremely nervous of how hectic a process this might be because of it. But through her ample experience and knowledge, I definitely felt more comfortable and in good hands when we started working together. Since houses are selling so quickly right now, we needed to act fast if we wanted to view a house and put in a bid, and Melissa was always willing to meet us when a new opportunity came up. I also appreciated her giving us a heads up on any days may not work in the upcoming week (which only happened once), so we were all able to plan accordingly. Overall, we could not have asked for a smoother experience, and we will be recommending Melissa to any of our friends who are out there looking. Thank you, Melissa!
