I was not satisfied with the last agent we worked with when buying our first home, so I wasn't expecting much but liked Melissa and thought we'd give her a try. We were so glad we did as Melissa exceeded our expectations in every part of the process. We certainly weren't the easiest clients either as we didn't really even know where we wanted to buy and regularly traveled with our three small children, which made opportunities to view properties challenging. With that said once we figured it out and got into contract Melissa was completely on top of it. She provided her opinion and recommendations but always encouraged and stood by what we were comfortable with. In the end after a lot of research and inspections we ended up with a strong position and closed with a deal we were very happy with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Melissa to work with a potential home buyers after our experience.
