Melissa Quade

Melissa’s professional and personable demeanor, coupled with her keen understanding of the local market was all invaluable! I would recommend Melissa to any one without reservation! Excellent experience every step of the way! Interactions with the support staff were equally pleasureable! Awesome experience at each and every step!

Melissa truly listens to the needs of her clients and does her best to find them a perfect home. She has a keen sense of what the individual needs of the client are and what will make the house a home for them. She works tirelessly to help the client succeed in their search for their new property. She walks besides the client from start to finish and is a great resource throughout the buying process. She’s simply wonderful to work with!

I was not satisfied with the last agent we worked with when buying our first home, so I wasn't expecting much but liked Melissa and thought we'd give her a try. We were so glad we did as Melissa exceeded our expectations in every part of the process. We certainly weren't the easiest clients either as we didn't really even know where we wanted to buy and regularly traveled with our three small children, which made opportunities to view properties challenging. With that said once we figured it out and got into contract Melissa was completely on top of it. She provided her opinion and recommendations but always encouraged and stood by what we were comfortable with. In the end after a lot of research and inspections we ended up with a strong position and closed with a deal we were very happy with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Melissa to work with a potential home buyers after our experience.

Excellent contract knowledge. When our primary buyer pulled out of a two day old contract, she had a backup offer ready to go!! She understood our urgency for a quick sales and acted accordingly. She is a top performer!!

Melissa was nothing short of a saint!!! I had several challenges during closing and she kept me very informed & remained professional & friendly throughout the whole process She exceeded my expectations of an agent in every way. This was not my first home buying experience and to be honest I was not looking forward to working with an argent but after working with Melissa I’ve completely changed my mind She gives 100%

Melissa was very professional throughout the whole buying experience. When I first met her at an open house she took time to take detailed notes on my needs and made sure that the properties met those specifications. She knew the market and coordinated all the inspections. Her negotiating advice was spot working for her client not just trying to complete a sale. I would highly recommend her for any sales/purchases of properties.
