Having Melissa Quade as our realtor is hands down the best decision we have ever made. When we decided it was time to sell our home and upgrade it was important to me that we had someone who could hold our hand through the entire process. We had no idea if we should make any changes to our home or what we should list it for and felt totally clueless. Melissa came to the house armed with a TON of data on our neighborhood and gave us an excellent presentation. At first I was worried that our tiny little house was well below her normal pay-grade but she assured us she works with buyers/sellers of all price ranges. Selling our home ended up being so easy, but when it was time to buy we knew it was going to be tough in this sellers market. We knew that we had to jump on any house we liked because it would be gone in days, and Melissa was always 100% ready and available. When I felt like we would never find the right place she never stopped reassuring us that the perfect one was out there. When things got hard and I lost faith she was our cheerleader. When we finally found our dream home but faced huge competition (10 other offers!) she gave us confidence that we would get it, and WE DID! With every setback we faced during escrow she rolled with the punches and kept us moving forward. Never in a million years did I think we could have such a perfect house and I know having Melissa on our team was a huge part of that. I know she is a very busy realtor but she always made us feel like we were her only clients. I feel so lucky and couldn't have asked for a better realtor/friend.

Melissa truly listens to the needs of her clients and does her best to find them a perfect home. She has a keen sense of what the individual needs of the client are and what will make the house a home for them. She works tirelessly to help the client succeed in their search for their new property. She walks besides the client from start to finish and is a great resource throughout the buying process. I was not satisfied with the last agent we worked with when buying our first home, so I wasn't expecting much but liked Melissa and thought we'd give her a try. We were so glad we did as Melissa exceeded our expectations in every part of the process. We certainly weren't the easiest clients either as we didn't really even know where we wanted to buy and regularly traveled with our three small children, which made opportunities to view properties challenging. With that said once we figured it out and got into contract Melissa was completely on top of it. She provided her opinion and recommendations but always encouraged and stood by what we were comfortable with. In the end after a lot of research and inspections we ended up with a strong position and closed with a deal we were very happy with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Melissa to work with a potential home buyers after our experience.

Melissa is a seasoned agent who is very knowledgeable of the area and is extremely thorough. Truly a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Excellent contract knowledge. When our primary buyer pulled out of a two day old contract, she had a backup offer ready to go!! She understood our urgency for a quick sales and acted accordingly. She is a top performer!!
