My husband and I bought our first house with Melissa by our side.  She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, shows great compassion and fought for what was in our best interest. Before meeting her, we were intimated by the house buying process and felt like we didn't have someone we could count on. The first thing we noticed about her is that she was reliable and responsive. (Even when life happened and she injured her ankle and showed us a house while on crutches or when she was aiding to her sister whom was in the hospital and was still looking for house listings and answering our questions). She made herself available when we needed her to be and for us, this was important. During the house viewings, she made sure to bring to attention what she thought needed to be fixed. Our first time home buying experience was very special and amazing because she was on our side. When we closed on our house she made it clear that that was not the end of our relationship. She is still available whenever we need to answer questions and to be a part of our support system. She made the experience special by bringing us a cake when we got the keys to our house and gave us a gift when we closed. Her compassion for her career and finding the right home for her clients showed throughout the process as she had to be very diligent with making sure we got what we wanted from the sellers, our loan officer and the title company. If you are looking for a realtor, I would look no further and allow Melissa to be on your team!
