Melissa (Lisa) was the best person I came across when purchasing. She absolutely hits the ground running for you and knows her stuff to get you closed! I had a really tight 4 week timeframe to get into a home post divorce, plus I was coming to her after needing to switch realtors due to many delays from a prior realtor. Lisa came in swinging and after a few didn’t work out on the day we met, we were in her car searching listings to see another batch, THAT DAY and offers got out the the door THAT DAY! I was under contract within 48 hours of meeting her and closed ON TIME! Lisa knows how to make deals attractive to get them accepted and closed, as well as being VERY knowledgeable on the market and in the areas where you’re looking to buy. Don’t cheat yourself with anyone else, Lisa is who you need on your side!

Good skills but it didn't help me because the first people that bid were bogus.I told her they were bogus. Second people were fine but made bid for $20,000 less.I could have rejected it but was just tired of the bull crap and the whole deal.

Melissa did an outstanding job at helping us purchase our new property. We did the entire process remotely and until closing we never met face to face. Melissa listened to our wants and needs and would go and do a walk thru as new properties would come on the market, sending videos or live streaming. Her knowledge of the area was priceless. Even with a two-hour time difference, she always had time to answer the phone and help us. After the closing Melissa has gone over and beyond what we could have ever asked for, from programming the sprinklers to helping with minor repairs. We can’t say thank you enough, we found the best agent!

Mellissa is attentive and a good communicator. She also has life skills and financial skills that was beneficial in our case benefit.. Mellissa brokered a deal for us that was to our benefit because she is intuitive and was able to asses the situation and sell the deal to the seller. that meant more money for upgrades. Mellissa is a consummate professional she is generous with her time always quickly got back to us when we called. we heard constantly "if you need something don't be afraid to call". If you have the good fortune to have her working for you she will stay in your corner till the job is finished.
