I found the agent to be very professional and informative

Working with Lisa was a very pleasurable and fun experience. You see most realtors in the industry want you to do all the leg work…go find homes you like and send it to them so they can just call and inquire. With Lisa it was the opposite especially since i lived in Ga and was moving to Fl. Lisa would put together a list of homes and then i would drive to Fl on like a 3 day weekend and she would take me to all the homes i wanted to see from the list she put together. And when i was unable to make a trip from Ga to Fl, Lisa still drove to all the homes and facetime me so i can see the area and tour the home…via facetime! I have never had an agent do any of this before. What was the icing on the cake for me was when we made an offer on a home and after the inspection we went back to the seller and said hey we need this and this done to continue with this purchase, and when the seller did not respond she was honest with me( a first time home buyer) and said i dont like this, lets pull the contract and get your money back. I was disappointed in the seller but Lisa said to me dont you give up because im not giving on you and finding you a home. This brought tears to my eyes because it was then i knew she just didnt want to make a sale. I stuck with her because she didnt give up and she put in work until we walked in a home one day we were touring …and i knew we had just walked into my future home. She put in an offer that same night, it was a new build and they accepted my offer. She never left my side. Its been a few weeks since ive closed and got my keys and Lisa still calls me…she even got her husband to cut my lawn because it grows so fast. ( hey im working on getting a lawn mower, dont judge me)…but she is still there for me. I’ve gained a friend forever and wouldnt trade her for anybody else. Get you a Lisa, or get Lisa Mitchell…I promise she is worth the experience!!

This realtor was amazing! Always on top of everything, if I had an issue all I needed to do was contact her and she would solve the problem. What a great experience!! I wil refer her over and over again!!! Thank you Melissa !
