Melissa knows how the market works and has a good history as a realtor. Working for many different sellers and buyers she could almost predict how it would pan out as ours was on the market with a couple of offers that fell threw and working with contingents. It was almost roller coaster like there for a while and at the end she got the job done. It was stressful at times but that is what Melissa was there for! She did great!
