Melissa knows how the market works and has a good history as a realtor. Working for many different sellers and buyers she could almost predict how it would pan out as ours was on the market with a couple of offers that fell threw and working with contingents. It was almost roller coaster like there for a while and at the end she got the job done. It was stressful at times but that is what Melissa was there for! She did great!

Mrs. Mercer went above and beyond on everything she did for me. Melissa made everything as easy as possible for me. I can't express on how blessed I was to have Melissa as my agent. Melissa was very kind and helpful. She worked around our schedule and was very supportive. She was able to find a house shotgun out budget that checked all the boxes of what we wanted.
