I had to settle an estate for my parent and Melissa was my realtor. She is knowledgeable in her field with many contacts. She handled items I could not as I live across the country and her extra support was key in getting the home sold. She is an effective communicator and her document platform is streamlined and simple. Overall she is a good person and good people do good work— integrity.

Melissa Marchuk is a very hard worker at what she does. She doesn’t stop until she knows you are happy with it she keeps on going to she knows that you have the house that you want. She lets you make your own decisions and if you ask her for advice, she will give it to you. I am very happy with the home. I am living in she showed me plenty of houses to look at, and I found the one that makes me feel like I am at home. I’m really comfortable of where I am living. I’m very happy.

We were selling property while we were out of state. There were a number of complications that need to be resolved, but Melissa was on top of it all the way. We appreciated her persistence and excellent communication. While paying a commission is usually a reluctant task for me, this time, it was a joy to compensate for work well done. If we buy or sell again, we would be happy to work with Melissa anytime.
