We are so appreciative to have worked with Melissa Manley on buying our first home! After saving and wishing for over 7 years, we knew it was going to be a challenge to find the dream home we had envisioned. Melissa was ready for the challenge and immediately made us feel at ease with her knowledge of the market in Lexington and surrounding areas. We started with looking at several homes in Lexington and realized we just weren’t finding the one. In what felt like a hectic market, Melissa acted so quickly to set up showings and communicate updates with us. After continuing for weeks to look at properties, we fell in love with a floor plan from a builder in Georgetown, and we decided to build. What happened next, made us realize even more how lucky we were to be working with Melissa. She stayed with us throughout the entire process, from driving down to Nashville for our selection meeting to being our advocate until the very end of a 14-month build process. To say we needed her, is an understatement - we would have been lost without her and her knowledge of working with a builder. Melissa was genuine in her recommendations and never steered us wrong when we needed someone next to work with in our home-buying process.
