I have learned that even in the best of times moving can be so difficult challenging and stressful. Especially in the case of Senior citizens that need to downsize and move from the life and home they have lived and loved. It felt excruciating to make that decision but at the same time the best decision we made was choosing Melissa to be our agent to help us through it. She previously helped us through the sale of one of our parents’ homes as we grieved their death. We knew she could do it and would not let us down. She did it she got us through it!! The way she does her job is masterful. She is such a professional, very knowledge, and never loses her compassion and thoughtfulness. She was truly our light in the darkness.

Melissa is a pro. She is patient, understanding and a solid communicator. I was out of the country and she was able to help me with organizing the clean up and improvements necessary to get the house ready and on the market. I am not an easy person, always worrying. There were no worries because Melissa was on top of everything at all times!
