Melissa was very professional and knowledgeable of everything and If she didn’t know the answer to our questions she would find out the answer and got back to us right away. This was the first time that Melissa was selling an estate listing and she made everything so easy for us as we lived out of state and she had to jump though hoops to get things started and how to do things the circuit court needed. This made it so easy. We didn’t want to keep driving back and forth from Illinois. Our closing was super easy with Melissa as we were at home. She had all the paperwork done and we signed ahead of time and there were no errors. We would very highly recommend her to anyone that asked us about selling their home in the Winston Salem area.
