This was the first time that Melissa was selling an estate listing and she made everything so easy for us as we lived out of state and she had to jump though hoops to get things started and how to do things the circuit court needed. This made it so easy. We didn’t want to keep driving back and forth from Illinois. Our closing was super easy with Melissa as we were at home.
