I had a wonderful experience home shopping with Melissa Lazos. All I had to do was give her a list of "must have", "like to have", price range, and general area. She found EXACTLY what I wanted and I've been so excited to move in. Not only is she professional, but she's experience and knows all the tricks if the trade. She wrote up a contract that beat 9 competing offers and continued to advocate for me throughout the inspection & negations. Melissa was also pleasantly personable. She was genuinely excited that this was my first home purchase. She even accompanied me to all the critical stages of the process including taking photos of me signing the closing docs.
