She wrote up a contract that beat 9 competing offers and continued to advocate for me throughout the inspection & negations. Melissa was also pleasantly personable. She was genuinely excited that this was my first home purchase. She even accompanied me to all the critical stages of the process including taking photos of me signing the closing docs.
