This young lady was so very willing to house hunt with the husband. Making time to take him to as many as possible on each trip out. She would find some to suggest, he would find a couple and they would head out. She took time to understand what we really were needing for our family, not just running around looking at anything and everything. She helped us find the perfect home in a month. Yea, a month!! Wonderful person, very patient and over all nice. :)

Melissa went above and beyond what a realtor should do. We ended up walking over 20 homes over a month and she never faltered and always had a positive attitude. Once contract time happened, she was on the ball and covered everything so quickly on a quick closer. If/when I buy another home, she is my first call.
