When we first listed our home, it was a sellers' market, however because of the presidential election, changing economy and uncertainty caused by these events it quickly became a market reminiscent of the great recession. This required Melissa to work to help us understand how the market was changing and effects it had on buyers (a lot of showings with good comments but no actions), how this was affecting our home price and possible paths forward to get our home sold Throughout this time Melissa stayed in contact with us sharing her observations and years of experience to help us to make our own decisions how to proceed. Melissa helped us with two transactions and they were both flawless. The purchase of our new home and the sale of our existing home. Thanks to her knowledge of the process we were able to secure our new home even though there were a few bumps to work through. She stayed on it and made sure it moved as it should and we were so excited when it became ours! Then it was time to sell our existing home and again thanks to her knowledge of the market and area it sold in 1.5 days for our asking price! It was amazing and flawless.
