She always answers her phone and email promptly, and she writes and calls back nearly immediately as well. It is incredible, when so many people had been so slack about occasionally returning calls or emails. Melissa just stood out so far ahead of everyone else. My wife and I traveled from California to Tennessee with one intention being to look at land at Jasper Highlands. We did the JH company tour and then followed up with Melissa. While the JH tour was fine - Melissa appeared more knowledgeable and had better insight in to what was available, what to avoid, and just some great inside details that the JH folks either didn't know or wouldn't share. Melissa provided us with 15 properties that met our specifications and she didn't dissapoint.
