WOW!!! My wife and I feel very lucky to have found Melissa and fortunate enough to rely on her experience and expertise during the process. We were in Tennessee for a conference, visited friends, and in the process of them showing us around their neighborhood, we decided to take a look at some homes that were for sale. On a Saturday evening, we were able to engage with Melissa and in very short order (a matter of hours), she set up multiple showings (on a Sunday!) of the houses we had interest in. She is very knowledgeable about the processes, had all the resources, referrals and recommendations needed to keep us moving forward. We are more than grateful to have had the opportunity to meet her and have her guidance and help from start to finish!!! Melissa took the time listening to what we truly wanted then made it happen.
