She was endlessly patient, upbeat, and willing to go see any property in such a timely fashion. Once we found a home we loved, Melissa helped us negotiate to pay an incredibly fair price while also helping us make a comfortably competitive offer that eventually got accepted -- for a house that had incredible interest and multiple offers almost as soon as it went on the market! Melissa then smartly guided us through the inspection process (she has so many connections and was able to refer us to some other incredible professionals we worked with) and it was smooth sailing after that right through closing. Melissa was there with us through everything, even through a second pre-closing walk-through to make sure the house was truly vacant of objects before we went to closing and signed everything! Beyond Melissa's professionalism and her connections in the community, I think her greatest skill is her true care for her clients. Melissa called me a few nights after we closed on our house to check in and we chatted for probably a half an hour so I could update her on everything that had happened during our move-in weekend!
