Wow - such a pleasure to write this review! We closed escrow recently and made the transition out of our big family home to downsize into the next chapter of our life. Melissa had made a connection with us via "door knocking" several years ago, and always remained on our radar due to her warm personality and clear understanding of both real estate and our particular neighborhood in Laguna Niguel. She has sold many homes in the Pacesetters, and knows her stuff! She offered great input at every turn. She got us top dollar - even above our comfort level - by doing her research and supporting the price with hard data. She also showed up for every single showing, the buyers' inspection and follow up visit with a contractor, staging appointments, and held weekly Open Houses, compliant to the COVID19 guidelines. Then of course she was very busy behind the scenes, following up with buyers' agents and giving us feedback that we could act upon to make our house put its best foot forward for the sale. She was available immediately to every text and email as well. I know that we were not her only client but she made us feel as though we were - super VIP treatment! In our case, she partnered up to work with Kristin Halton, and I have to say that partnership is first-rate; the two are both excellent and complement each other beautifully - yin/yang.

She was always willing to cheerfully accommodate my desire to go view yet another listed house, to patiently wait while I vacillated on which house was better suited for me, and to answer my countless questions without inserting her own opinions on what she thought was better for me. Melissa consistently maintained her grace, good humor and professionalism from start to finish with me. And I’m pleased to say that, because she hung in there with me, I found my dream home and am thrilled!

This is a professional, knowledgeable, insightful,willing always to explain. Add to her real estate expertise, she is kind gentle TRUTHFUL. I meet her at an open house. She was pleasant and respectful. Then she asked if I was thinking about selling. I found myself saying yes(my husband and I were being to think about it), and I said yes. And we signed with her group within days. This hard working dynamo is an ALWAYS ON TIME realtor,is intensely motivating, and again NOT a Pollyanna. You chose her your real estate journey will be a revelation. I didn’t say easy, it rarely is. What I mean is the experience will be authentic and real. In the end, we got more than we ever expected; a great close, really hard work, and great respect for Melissa. She’s a gem.

Haven't experienced an agent on the same level as Melissa. She is amazing and loves her job and it shows. My experience with her was very positive as she was professional and very knowledgeable. As my agent, she listened to what I wanted while share her suggestions allowing me to look at properties that I might not have looked at. She was a great communicator not only to me but also with the other agent making this sell go extremely smooth. Her knowledge really showed through during the inspection and ended negotiating several major fixes. Overall, I highly recommend Melissa to anyone who's looking for someone who is honest, professional, and passionate about real estate.

I've been working with Melissa for the past 5 years, as a real estate investor. I've worked with several other realtors in the past, and I have to say that Melissa exceeded my expectations. I am very specific about my wants and needs, and she is able to narrow it down, and only bring to me what is in my criteria. If she can't answer a question or what I'm looking for is not in her wheelhouse, or area, she refers me to the pro's that can answer, or help me. No time wasted. In my last purchase, it was smooth sailing, and expedient. Even so, no rock went unturned by Melissa, and she had my back throughout the whole process, along with her outstanding Escrow team.
