During the course of selling our house, we had a few issues arise that needed "know how", tactful professional communication and "boots on the ground" because of some challenging situations. Had we originally gone FSBO, or even with the other realtor I interviewed, I am confident I would not have closed on my house in this time frame ... if at all.
