We were purchasing a parcel of land that had a lot of complications with respect to zoning, environmental easement, and being near the water, and Melissa went above and beyond to assemble a team of knowledgeable people to assist us in determining if it was worth moving forward with the purchase. She is extremely well connected, very knowledgeable and patient, and really cares about her clients.
